MEET OUR DOCTORS
Dr. Larry Park was raised in Wells County and developed an early interest in science and healthcare. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington in 1994, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1998. After graduation, Dr. Park proudly served as a dentist in the United States Navy for three years. Upon completing his military service, he returned to Fort Wayne, where he joined Dr. Robert Gebfert in his family dental practice.
Dr. Park is dedicated not only to his profession but also to his community and family. He is married to his wife, Alison, and together they have two children, Riley and Garrett. The Park family are active members of Trinity English Lutheran Church. In addition, Dr. Park volunteers his time and expertise as a dentist for the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, reflecting his ongoing commitment to serving others both inside and outside the office. In his free time, Dr. Park enjoys golfing, gardening and all things IU!

Dr. Ryan Gebfert
Dr. Ryan Gebfert was raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has strong ties to the local community. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology-Chemistry from Manchester University in 2006, followed by his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2010. After completing his education, Dr. Ryan returned to Fort Wayne, where he joined his father in the Gebfert-Park Family Practice, continuing a family tradition of providing quality dental care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their son, Rowan. As a family, they share a love for the outdoors and enjoy activities such as fishing, hiking, and hunting.
Dr. Robert Gebfert
Founder
Dr. Robert Gebfert, founder of Gebfert-Park Family Dentistry, established his family practice in 1972, building a lasting legacy of compassionate, community-centered dental care. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, he completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University–Fort Wayne in 1968 and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1972. He further advanced his training through a Family Practice Internship at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 1973. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Gebfert demonstrated exceptional leadership and professional commitment, serving as past president of the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society and the Indiana State Dental Board. He is also a respected member of the American College of Dentistry and the International College of Dentists.
Now retired from daily practice, Dr. Gebfert remains a highly respected figure whose legacy continues to shape the office. These days, you’re more likely to find him cherishing quality time with his wife, Nancy, or out on the golf course enjoying a well-earned retirement. He is the proud father of two accomplished children—Abigail Butler, a patent attorney, and Dr. Ryan Gebfert, who joined the practice in 2010. In his free time, Dr. Gebfert values attending St. John’s Lutheran Church, spending time on the links, and making lasting memories with his four grandchildren.
